Stjórn Ergi er skipuð fimm einstaklingum.
Stýri: Stýri er í forsvari fyrir félagið og kemur fram fyrir hönd þess út á við. Stýri er formaður stjórnar, boðar stjórnarfundi, stýrir þeim og ber jafnframt ábyrgð á verkaskiptingu stjórnar. Stýri ber endanlega ábyrgð á framkvæmd, málefnum og starfsemi félagsins.
Varastýri: Varastýri er staðgengill stýris í öllum málum er varða félagið. Varastýri ber ábyrgð á ritun og vörslu fundargerða félagsins.
Fjármálastýri: Fjármálastýri ber ábyrgð á fjármálum félagsins, hefur umsjón með öllum eignum þess og undirbýr fjárhagsáætlun fyrir félagsárið. Fjármálastýri er prókúruhafi félagsins. Fjármálastýri hefur umsjón með fjáröflun félagsins.
Samskiptafulltrúa: Samskiptafulltrúi ber ábyrgð á miðlum félagsins, er tengiliður þess við önnu félög og heldur utan um samskiptavettvang félagsins.
Félagsmálafulltrúa: Félagsmálafulltrúi ber ábyrgð á innra starfi félagsins. Félagsmálafulltrúi heldur utan um skipulag viðburða, funda, félagsstarfa og fræðslu.
The board of Ergi consists of five roles.
Chair: The Chair is the face of Ergi, represents the organization publicly and leads the board. They call and facilitate board meetings and are responsible for coordinating tasks within the board. The Chair holds ultimate responsibility for the operations, affairs, and activities of the organization.
Vice Chair: The Vice Chair acts as the Chair’s deputy in all matters that relate to the organization. They are responsible for recording and keeping the minutes of board and general meetings.
Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for the organization’s finances, oversees all assets, and prepares the annual budget. The Treasurer holds the organization’s financial power of attorney and supervises all fundraising activities.
Communications Officer: The Communications Officer manages the organization’s media and public presence, acts as the liaison to other organizations, and oversees communication platforms.
Community Engagement Coordinator: The Community Engagement Coordinator is in charge of the organization’s internal activities. They coordinate events, meetings, social initiatives, and educational programs.
